17.11.1998 The Coordination Council on the Information Society on its meeting on 17 November 1998 reviewed the drafts for the Strategy and Action Plan for the development of the Information society in Bulgaria and took a decision to supplement them until 30 November in accordance with the delivered comments and proposals. 
3-5.11.1998 The draft of the National Program and Action Plan for the Development of the Information society in Bulgaria was discussed at the International Forum Information Society
