On December 12th BILD organized a meeting-discussion with Professor Kino Lazarov - a lecturer in Administrative Law and Administrative Process – author of many research-works in the field of Administrative Law. The discussion was on the theme: "About the fruitful errors in science"
Professor Lazarov expressed his view about:
The relation between functional and the organic criteria in regard with the incompetence as a ground for invalidity of the administrative acts;
The general administrative acts;
There were teachers and students in law present at the meeting
